I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
It says ' I press toward the goal... Christ
Like what Paul said, we have to PRESS ON on this tough journey
If we decide to give up, our eternity will be spent in hell.
If we endure all odds, our hardships will be well spent.
As Christians, it is IMPOSSIBLE for our life to be a bed of roses
Troubles will come, temptations will come, persecution and many others
However through all these, we learn to keep our eyes on God.
Even Jesus endured!
If He did not endure and chose to give up, we would not have eternal life.
So, no matter how tough times may be
Proverbs 3:5 says ' Trust in the Lord with all your heart'
He will be our constant reminder to endure, s that when we leave the earth,
when we open our eyes, we be in His embrace.
